Yoga

Must DO Yoga Again. I Miss it.
Enjoyed my very first yoga class as a way to cope with stress. Those STRETCHES just felt incredibly good.

I never got into into the habit of regular practice. I still don't but there still the eagerness to have it REGULAR because I've felt incredible progress like how to better CONTROL THOUGHTS, Reactivity and how to QUIET MY MIND.

Tried Bikram class with friends it's nothing like a regular yoga. With Hot Yoga, I sensed a way on how to BUILD STRENGTH, ENDUARANCE and CONCENTRATION. Must be the heat that makes your muscles to relax and go farther than you expect them to.

I realized that it was really about caring for myself and nurturing my spirirt.
I truly believe that " Your spirit loves it when you take care of your body".
This is me right after the Bikram Class. It felt good.
